VB Inventory & Payroll Software Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer who's familiar with visual basic coding to create software that includes features for both tracking inventory and managing payroll. Here are the desired features and skills needed:
Inventory Management:
* The system needs to handle my stock levels in multiple ways: Automatic restocking whenever a product is low in stock, immediate low stock alerts to notify me of products that need to be replenished, and manual restocking capability if I choose to add items one by one.
* Although I didn't specify requiring features like Barcode scanning, product tracking, and sales reporting during the selection stage, candidates who have experience in these features will be given priority.
Payroll Management:
* The system should have a provision for manual entry of employee clock-ins and clock-outs. Additionally, I'll need it to support integration with a biometric time clock.
Ideal Skills:
* Proficient in Visual Basic software development.
* Previous experience developing similar inventory and payroll management systems.
* Knowledge of barcode scanning, product tracking, and sales reporting is a plus.
* Familiarity with integrating a system to a biometric time clock.
* Strong understanding of automatic and manual restocking processes and low stock alert mechanisms.
