Import XML values into visual basic variable array

Hi, simple project to help me with some visual basic code, I want to extract several values from an XML file and have them imported into an array in Visual Basic.
The xml file is attached. The values I'm after are the SPH, CYL AX and SE values for right and left eyes, and the same for right and left KER values. For example, I've circled some of the values for the RIGHT eye in the attached JPG.
I've attached the stylesheet only to assist with your viewing on the XML.
