Highlight Rows in a Spreadsheet (URGENT)

I have two spreadsheets: municipalities and duplicates. The duplicate spreadsheet contains all of the records in the municipalities spreadsheet that are considered a duplicate. I don't need any help determining a duplicate, that has already been determined.
What I need is for someone to go through the rows in the duplicates sheet, and find those rows in the municipalities sheet, and highlight them.
You can see an example of what I mean in the two images attached here. the 'duplicates_examples' image shows a series of duplicate lines, and the municipalities_duplicated image shows those lines highlighted in yellow. That is exactly what I am looking for here - take all of the rows in duplicates sheet, find them in municipalities sheet, and highlight them in yellow in municipalities sheet
As you see in the title, this is an urgent request - I need this done by 5pm EST tomorrow. So please only apply if you are available to work on it ASAP.
