Graphics app

Over the last 30+ years, I've developed code for a mathematical algorithm (see www.XenoFractals.com) and am looking to create an app. The project is to develop a cross-platform app. It needs to load/save parameters, have a menu system (to change inputs - at least 8 different parameters) and to display the images - specifically they grow (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uklvx806qdo - that's real-time on a 10-year-old processor). So the display needs to be updated step-by-step - not calculated, then displayed.
