Google Sheets Script – Copy Master Template onto other sheets but leaving out one cell

What I need
A script that will
- Copy the Master template sheet onto each PROJECT SHEET (Formulas, values, formats – but not cell E6 – this should remain as it is
- The script should ignore certain named Special sheets
- The script should lock columns A to C and K to Q in all PROJECT SHEETS
- The script can be contained in this spreadsheet or a separate one
