m very efficient with Excel but honestly have never done much with Google Sheets. So, this process has been a bit of a learning curve. I have functions in the Export sheet for the Handle and URL columns. They seem to work fine. However, I’m not certain that I am bringing the data from the Matrixify export (Sheet1) into the Export sheet correctly. I have the following questions: 1) How do I bring the entire contents of Sheet1 into the Export sheet as the number of items will vary with each export from Matrixify. 2) Are the functions that I have in place for the Handle and URL columns correct? 3) Is there a function that I can use to replace the data in the Command column with new data? I am wanting to replace “MERGE” with “UPDATE”. 4) This one is a bit tricky – the supplier of these products appends the Variant SKU with a 3 to 4 letter code. Example, line item 1 shows a Variant SKU of ADG001-4A-1-0027 when the actual Manufacturer Part Number is just 001-4A-1-0027. However, they provide the Manufacturer Part Number as a Tag with the format “MPN:actual-manufacturer-part-number”. For this same line item example, you will see in the Tags column that one of the tags is “MPN:001-4A-1-0027”. Is there a way to extract this data from the Tags column and replace the data in the Variant SKU column with this information minus the “MPN:” part. This would then allow the actual Manufacturer Part Number to be used for both the Handle and URL creation and provide more relevant information for our customers and the search engines.
