Function for PowerPoint - MS VBA

An addin / VBA programming for PowerPoint in the current version Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 is required.

The following functions should be possible:
Header in the comments section
In the header of the comment area of each slide, a one-line table should be displayed, in which a title, two free fields and the display duration of the slide can be entered manually. The display duration is the same as the program-internal "after time" of the respective slide – to be seen and edited in the slide sorting. The wanted add-in automatically calculates the schedule of the presentation (agenda). If a slide is moved, the program automatically recalculates the agenda.
Agenda page
In Powerpoint there is a page, or in the presentation a slide, where the agenda can be read in a tabular overview. There are two hierarchical levels. The first corresponds to the program's internal sections in PowerPoint. The second corresponds to the titles from the table of each slide.
Please make me an offer for the price for this project as a whole (work contract). According to your capacity, please give me a rough timeframe, when the project could be completed.
