Fleet maintenance Template on Google Sheets (or Excel)

I want maintenance and servicing tracking for a range of trucks and chippers and vehicles. I would like a worksheet for all of the vehicle details, then a servicing tracking worksheet that saves the history with spots for notes, oils changes, filters, tyres, brakes, oils, etc.
Notifys when next service is due and previous service and for what parts.
I have a list of fleet that will need to be selected via a dropdown if we want to service that equipment.
I plan to edit this via an ipad fixed on site, so easy use of the spreadsheet is necessary.
