Job ID: 31653122

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Excel file will need VB macros added to it to accomplish the following:
a- file to be saved in a directory which may contain other files and subfolders/files
b- should query folder the excel file is saved in and all subfolders and return to an excel sheet a listing of all file names (hyperlinked to the file). This should be displayed in a hierarchy format by folder that can be expanded/collapsed. It needs to handle up to 4 levels of subfolders.
c- each file listed in the excel file should be able to have data associated with it. This extra data should be stored in the excel file consistently associated with the file name/path. (see below for this additional data)
d- the overall excel should be able to be updated and the associated data retained to the appropriate file.

associated data:
This data can be stored in the main tab that displays the files or 1 or 2 'data' tabs added to the excel and linked to the primary display tab.
C1- Sign offs: each file should be able to have associated with it up to 4 sign offs. a sign off should include the current user initials per excel or windows login, sign off type (preparer, reviewer, partner, EQCR are the 4 possible types) and a date (no time). There will need to be a button to add these sign offs to each file by either selecting the row and pressing the sign off button in the ribbon or having a sign off button in each column.
C2- Review comments: each file should be able to store a user input review comment text along with the user name and date.
C3- Review Comment Status: Open, addressed, rework, closed
C4- Review Comment Reply: user text along with username and date

A (non functioning) example of the excel look/feel is attached. Also is a sample of the folder structure based matching to this excel example. I am open to suggestions to make this easier for programming if this format is not your desired formatting.
