Extract data from Visual Basic software and put data on spreadsheet

I have a piece of software written in VB.Net . I need someone to extra data from the software and put it into an Excel spreadsheet, and a Microsoft Access table.
There are around 400 data sets that need to be extracted. Each data set should be 1 row in the spreadsheet.
a data set includes:
1. A photo
2. Text 1
3. Text 2
4. Text 3
Need this done less than 24 hours
