Excel spreadsheet changes -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer who can make formula changes in an existing Excel spreadsheet. I've also written 95% of the formulas, I only need the following changes:
1. When "Enter Start Date" field is double-clicked, a calendar drop-down appears (see attachment for inspiration). I need a calendar to appear in a drop down!
2. Permanent drop-down arrow to appear next to a cell (so that people know it's a drop-down menu- see attachment)
3. No macros (users will think there's a virus or malicious code in the spreadsheet)
4. Ensure that spreadsheet can be loaded onto Google Drive and "copied" with a copy link while preserving all formulas and graphs.
5. Make the area outside of the active cells disabled (see attachment)- "Disabled area" where there are no cells.
