Excel VBA macro programming modifcation to my Excel VBA -- 9

I have a excel vba program to track daily walks, and I have entered data for more than 5 years. I need to have it modified to obtain 1. Date entry to be included in user form when I enter daily walks 2. customize to include name of the person 3. calories lost based weight 4. make it more colourful. Please note: freelancer can work on my desktop using remote control software. I will pay on hourly basis.
