Excel VBA macro programming modifcation to my Excel VBA -- 7

I have a excel vba program to track daily walks, and I have entered data for more than 5 years. I need to have it modified to obtain 1. pdf reports 2. Date entry to be included in user form 3. customize to include name of the person 4. calories lost based weight 5. make it more colourful.
Please note: freelancer can work on my desktop using remote control software. I will pay on fixed rate basis.
