Excel Text Pattern Analysis

I have a sizeable column of raw text and I need it transformed into an easy-to-read frequency distribution inside Excel. The source is purely text, so the job is all about teasing out patterns rather than crunching numbers.
What matters most to me is spotting two things: overall keyword frequency and any sentiment trends that surface while those words are counted. Please build the solution entirely in Excel—native formulas, PivotTables, Power Query or light VBA are all fine as long as the workbook remains portable and refreshable.
Deliverables
• A clean, well-commented Excel file that automatically produces keyword counts and highlights positive, negative or neutral sentiment patterns.
• A short note explaining how to refresh the data or add new text without breaking the setup.
