Excel Macro for Change Ticket Validation -- 2

I'm looking for an Excel expert who can create a macro for me to validate change tickets created in ServiceNow (SNOW). The macro needs to be capable of performing the following validations:

- Data completeness checks
- Format validation
- Cross-referencing with other data

This macro will need to be run daily. Any invalid ticket found should be logged in a separate sheet for further review.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with creating and implementing Excel macros
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail
