Excel Macro to Place Orders
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need a macro to tranform a simple table ( with all my items for sale ) into an attractive and intuitive excel for my clients to place orders.
CHECK ATTACHED EXCEL FIRST AS A EXAMPLE.
EXPLANATION:
We start only with a table ( table is on the third sheet, called "Listado ( no modificable )". It is a list with all my items available to sell. one product per raw. Then, the user selects your macro and this should be done:
1º Creates 2 more sheets: first called "realizar pedido" and second "resumen del pedido"
2º The first sheet "realizar pedido" is for my client to PLACE THE ORDER by typing the quantites wanted on the "brown" cells. This sheet must always have the same pivot tables and grouped by the same fields.
3º When the client types his wanted quantity on the first sheet, the second sheet "resumen del pedido" must displays the order summary. it must be filled in automaticaly with the order. Some graphics are displayed to show the models included sorted by different factors.
4º When the client is ready he/she clicks the "Enviar pedido" button to send an email with this excel to two emails.
