The scope of work is to provide spreadsheet formulas to turn the Enrolments Projections on Sheet 3 into Project Cost in Sheet 1 and Capex Projections on Sheet 2. I want to adjust Enrolments Projections on Sheet 3, like the student numbers and type of buildings. This would change the dollars on Project Cost Sheet 1 and Capex Projections Sheet 2.
