Excel Database Entry Task

I’m consolidating a mixed set of text and numerical records into an Excel-based database. Your task is to take the source documents I provide and enter every field into my pre-formatted spreadsheet template, keeping both the layout and data types intact.

The files include names, descriptions, IDs, quantities, and prices, so close attention to text accuracy and proper numeric formatting is essential. I’ll share a short walkthrough video, the template (.xlsx), and a list of validation rules with dropdowns and conditional formatting already in place.

Deliverable
• A fully populated Excel file that mirrors the template, free of typos, empty rows, or formatting drift.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of source rows transferred.
• No numeric field stored as text.
• All required columns completed and compliant with my built-in validation checks.
• Spreadsheet opens without errors or broken formulas.
