Excel Dashboard for Operational Data -- 2

I need an Excel dashboard to visualize operational data, specifically focusing on procurement across different companies. The dashboard will be used for data visualization purposes.

The data set is already created, along with some ref pivot tables for IDEA.
Just need Help with the visualization of the content along with a few addons based on requirements.

The data set talks through the Procurement plans from different global regions for the next 3 Financial years with some key metrics needed to be captured for easy user/team viewing of the plan and progress
