Excel Add-in for PDF Report Comparison -- 2
Budget: €99 – €101 EUR
I’m looking for a developer to build an Excel add-in that can compare two versions of a PDF report file and clearly display the differences.
Key Requirements:
A button will be added into the Excel ribbon.
When clicked, it should open a screen where I can upload two files (old and new versions).
After clicking a "Compare" button, a screen should display:
A side-by-side comparison of both files.
All changes clearly highlighted (added, removed, modified data).
An option to view a summary of all changes in a single list.
Ability to generate a comparison report (export to Excel and whenever i got the one of the cells about differences, on the right side i want pdf preview highlighted).
Expectations:
Clean and user-friendly UI.
Fast and accurate comparison results.
Should work with structured Excel files (e.g., reports with tables or rows/columns of data).
Bonus: If differences can be filtered (e.g., only show changed rows), even better.
Deliverables:
Fully working Excel add-in file.
Source code.
Simple user documentation (optional but helpful).
Relevant experience with Excel add-in development.
Timeframe and budget.
