VB6 Or C# Developer with Stock Trading Experience

I am looking for a skilled VB6 or C# developer with experience in stock trading. The ideal freelancer should have intermediate to advanced knowledge in stock trading. They should be able to either develop a new software or modify an existing one. The programming language preference is flexible, as either VB6 or C# is fine.
