Date and Cost Calculator in MS Word

I need someone who has extensive visual basic programming, bookmarks and macros in MS Word.
Attached is a word document (US Pat Email Templates.docx) that contain all of my templates. Each template has a base date and one or more other dates which are calculated off of the base date. For example, the base date may be 1/31/21 and there may be one more date fields one month out which would be 2/28/21 or 2/29/21 if it is a leap year. The additional date fields will have different calculations. for example, it might be 2 or 3 months from the base date. it might be 6 months from the base date minus 14 days. I would like to be able to enter the base date and have the other dates auto calculated and inserted into their proper field(s).
In that same word document, there is common data that is inserted. For example, the common data might be name of client, serial number, etc. This common data is associated with a reference number. I would like the common data to be stored in the word document or a separate excel spreadsheet. That is up to you. the data set of common data needs to be updatable FROM the word document. I don't want the user to open up an excel spreadsheet to make the update to the data set of common data.
The user should be able to go into the word document and enter in the reference number. If the reference number exists in the data set, then it will retrieve the values associated with the reference number and populate the common variables. If the reference number does not exist in the data set, then the user needs to be able to enter the values of the common variables without going into another program. It should be from the word document.
As you can see, there are many templates. As I indicated each template may have a base date and other dates calculated from the base date. when the user goes to a template by clicking on the nav on the lef, the right side variables should autoscroll so that the values for that template are shown on the right side at the top of the right side window.
when the user clicks on a field on the right side (see wittyparrot.mp4), the doc should scroll to the location as shown in the mp4.
The user will enter the base date in the field on the right side. At that point, the other dates needs to autoupdate or the user can press keystrokes to update the other dates.
