Customizable TradingView Charts Script with Unique Data Integration

I'm looking for a highly skilled developer to help me build an advanced and customized TradingView advanced charts script. This project will require a deep understanding of both web-based visualization tools and financial markets.
Key Features:
Algo compiled and gathered data will be pushed from colo server to cloud database then displayed in trading view advance charts.
We set up a data pipeline to transfer raw data from our Windows-based program to a cloud database, and then we need to pull that data into TradingView advanced charts with a specific refreshing time frame.
Basically, The script should have the capability to display custom data. In this case, I'll need it to integrate algorithmically gathered and compiled data into the trading view advance charts.
Sample excel sheet data with graphics attached below. We have the advance charts library with key to our website attached below as well.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
