2. Displays on top off all active windows
3. Can be resized / moved
4. Can display analog and/or digital time
5. Can display different time zones
6. Light on CPU usage
7. Synch with atomic clock sources so it does nbot loose time over (time)
8. Multiple intances of application open / running at same time
