Create Word add-in or ribbon -- 2

I have a customer that needs their own Word add-in or ribbon with custom functionality.
They have previously had a bunch of macros, but have replaced their template system and are now NOT using macros anymore.
Following functionality is needed initially:
New group in Word ribbon with
1. A button that checks and replaces headings, font, fontsize, and styles to adhere to company policy for the open/active document. ( the company changed company name and visual identity some time ago and this should be reflected in the document ) If the document contains a header with logo, this should be replaced to new logo as well.
2. A button that opens a specific link on their sharepoint site.
