Create VBA code to call the ChatGPT and Bard API

I am looking for a skilled VBA developer to create code that will call both the ChatGPT and Bard API. The specific tasks that the code needs to perform are as follows:

- Call the ChatGPT API
- Call the Bard API

I am sure there is code available to do this somewhere online.

The requirements for the prompt are:
Text prompt - One cell where the user can enter the prompt or
File prompt - a different cell where the user can search for a file (With an appropriate button) to send to the API to be summarized or analyzed.

The user should have the ability to enter a text prompt of any nature.
The user should be able to ask for a summary of the file in the file prompt or ask specific questions about the contents of the file. The file prompt should allow at minimum pdf, docx, and txt files.

Output for response location can be the same for both.

As an example, the attached journal article can be used to test. I would like to be able to ask for a summary of the article or for any specific questions (e.g. Who is the author of the article?, What are the primary results of the article? Is the article positive or negative about the subject?)

The response time for the API calls does not have any specific requirements, so the average response time is acceptable.

The VBA code should be written in VBA, as specified by the client. It should contain specific comments and necessary clarifications. Code to call the API is likely available online.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Proficiency in VBA programming language
- Experience working with APIs
- Familiarity with the ChatGPT and Bard APIs would be a plus
