Correct Visual Basic 5.0 application

Hi Guys, I have an old application that works with specific piece of hardware, unfortunately no app support has been done with the program and I would like to get it corrected so it can be ported to newer language and with better interface.

First step is to get fully functional source code that can be opened in Visual Basic Studio and compiled back again and function as original file.
