Convert / summarize excel data -- 2

I need to copy / convert data from a quickbooks transaction report (in excel) into a file that is linked to an MS Project mpp. The cost codes in quickbooks are for the entire project, but the spreadsheet linked to MS Project is broken into 40 sub-projects. The description field in the extract file will identify the unit number.
