Convert from C to VB

I am looking for someone to convert code from C to Visual Basic and create a graphical user interface. This project requires expertise in both programming languages and a thorough understanding of various APIs, as I have already identified specific APIs that I want to work with. The successful candidate must be comfortable working on both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (programming logic) in Visual Basic and have experience converting code from C to Visual Basic.
