Convert an excel VBA form functions to A Google Sheets form

Hi,
My name Is Ziv Reiner. A musician located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
I tag music files for my library, using a designated xlsm Excel file (example attached).
I want to start working using A Google Sheets form instead of the xlsm form.
I need it to have the exact same functions.
Sheet functions explanations:
First tab (User Table) - user main working space - Data in columns A, B, C, D, E is entered manually by the user.
After filling the data in columns A-E, the user clicks the red Update button (the left upper corner). From there data to all other columns is entered by using the word suggestions palette.
Second tab - (Buttons Text) - should be hidden from the user as it enables editing, changing and updating the words in the word suggestions palette.
The word suggestions palette functionality is a crucial part of the project, as it enters the words in a specific form.
