Community Theatre

I am looking for a blueprint designer for a small community theatre that can seat at least 100 people. An area for a stage and dressing rooms. a male and female bathroom behind or on the side of the stage area (Approximately 25' x 18'). A sound and lighting control booth is needed. A front lobby, with a male and female bathroom at the front of the building. Parking lot for approximately 20 cars. I have two adjoining lots that are 150' x 50' each.
