Coding macro Vba for Word

Hi there.
I need a VBA Macro that when executing it,searches the text inside the file and applies formatting, page breaks, replace of some texts, etc ... As needed. Obviously I would pass a list of keyphrases for the macro and the corresponding action.
Also some tables have to change the format and combine columns / rows according to certain keyphrases.
In total there are 14 tasks (keyphrases and formats) that the macro must do.
I attach documents about how the input is and how the output is. And another with the instructions / tasks to be carried out.
IMPORTANT: I care a lot about the result, but even more about the budget ... I can even help with the logic or programming if you get stuck, but I'm oversaturated and I prefer someone to help me out.

Necesito una Macro de VBA que al ejecutarla, analice el texto dentro del archivo y le aplique formato, saltos de página, replace de algunos textos, etc... Segun sea necesario. Obvio pasaria una lista de keyphrases que buscaria la macro y la acción correspondiente.
Igual algunas tablas hay que cambiar el formato y combinar columnas/filas segun ciertos keyphrases.
En total son 11 tareas (keyphrases y formatos) que debe de hacer la macro.
Adjunto documentos de como es el input y como es el output. Y otro con las instrucciones/tareas a realizar.
IMPORTANTE: Me importa mucho el resultado, pero mas aun el budget... Yo puedo incluso ayudar con la logica o programación si te atoras, pero estoy sobresaturado y prefiero me ayude alguien.
