Charities and personal grants

A program that adds people who are beneficiaries of charity and grants that I -personally- pay to them either through me or through four other entry users I grant or revoke them responsibility, the program allows them to add new beneficiaries, and donations without modifying or deleting entries.
The system automatically displays any user who was previously added, or who previously benefited from Zakat, or donations with the possibility of continuing to donate again or not.
The program enables admin or any granted user to display, and print different reports on grants, beneficiaries, amounts granted, dates and quantities.
The program can be used from a mobile phone, desktop device or browser.
Five users will be using the program from any where, and should accommodate 400K beneficiaries.
The program will be working on cloud, or in premise.
