I have more than 50 pages of pure text spread across several Excel sheets and PDF files. Every line must be carried into Microsoft Word while preserving the exact layout, fonts, and spacing that appear in the original sources—no plain-text dumps or improvised styling.
The final Word file (or organised set of files if size requires) should mirror the source documents so that a reader cannot tell the content was ever moved. That includes:
• Page breaks and paragraph structure identical to the PDFs and spreadsheets
• Headings, bold, italics, and any inline formatting retained
• Accurate placement of any footnotes or annotations already present
Before delivery, a quick side-by-side check against the originals is expected so there are no missing characters, line wraps, or formatting slips.
