Build a student management system using visual studio and microsoft access

You must develop an application specification document
• Application Design including Database Design
• Testing plan
• Test data and number of tests done
• Implementation document
• User and Technical documentation


Learner Management System must:
• Allow student registration
• List the courses
• List subjects per course
• List registered students per course
• Manage student attendance
• Manage student marks

I have attempted to create this however my application does not run.
