Build a financial report auto-compiler

I currently hand create a PDF financial report that is about 200 pages in length every month. I have cover pages, contact information pages, table of contents pages, section dividers, and report pages. I create the information for the report in excel, word and accounting system pdf outputs. I am wanting a way to help automate this process, and I am not sure which system would be best. Ideally, it would have sections to change dates, contact info, drag and drop to rearrange the order of the report as I desire, picture uploads so I can change the divider page pictures as desired, then upload my accounting PDF reports, change text in some boxes and hit "compile" and it spit out the report packet in pdf form with all of my design criteria automatically (colors, fonts, etc. etc.) Again, I'm not sure the best system to do this, but I know its not too overly complicated, though it will take some time to create.
