Bakery Formula Costing Database -- 2

My bakery is now in it's fourth generation of ownership. My Dad started using a database program called Formula Coster on his Apple IIc to figure out how to correctly price our baked goods based on ingredient costs, labor costs, overhead, etc. The program also allows us to store the formulas and makeup instructions for all our products based on the dough batch and individual pieces from the dough. It's a simple program that we still use today, but are afraid it may not continue to work very long. Other programs exist, but are all cloud based and require subscriptions with features we do not need.

I am seeking an adept database developer to either continue work on an in-progress database or commence anew based on existing requirements. This database is intended for exclusive use within our family bakery, facilitating efficient management of formula costing involving ingredients, labor, and overheads.

The final product should encompass:
- Seamless migration of current data
- Storage for formulas and preparation instructions
- Pricing calculator adaptable to variable inputs (ingredient costs, labor)
- User-friendly interface tailored for non-technical users

Additionally, please note:
- The database developed will serve solely my bakery's operational needs.
- Ownership of the completed software will remain with me.
- While there's potential interest from other bakeries, extending or distributing the software beyond our use is not currently planned but may be explored as a separate initiative by the developer.
