ArcGIS Pro Add-in for Data Analysis

I'm looking for a proficient developer who can create an add-in for ArcGIS Pro. The add-in will communicate with a third party peice of software (which uses an SQL database) and retireve filtered data from it into the map in ArcGIS.

Key Requirements:
- Development of an add-in to ArcGIS Pro
- Incorporation of advanced data analysis tools
- Focus on analysis of spatial data
- Specific implementation of buffer analysis functions

Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with ArcGIS Pro
- Proficient programming skills for developing ArcGIS add-ins
- Strong understanding and experience with spatial data analysis
- Prior experience with implementing buffer analysis tools in ArcGIS Pro
