Advanced Excel VBA Enhancement -- 2

I'm looking for an expert in Excel VBA to modify an existing project. Key aspects of this job will include:
- Modifying existing code: Your role will involve adjusting the current setup of my Excel VBA project.
The import file layout has changed and so the current import script will not work. This will need to be modified / re-written in order to accommodate the new import file layout. It should be straight forward.
The way the current file is set up is as follows:
The first sheet is where the imported information is filtered and then stored with the latest information being at the top. In addition to this a time and date of import cell will be populated.
The second sheet is a list of variables for the third sheet.
The third sheet houses the button for an operator to select to run the import of the data from the other system via csv. The imported data is presented once it has been filtered to the relevant data and is displayed on screen. The on screen view will highlight any cell that has failed, passed or is in warning according to its variables on sheet 2.
Attached is the master book, then a copy of the old imported csv and a copy of the new imported csv.
As long as we get the result that we want to see, effectively a pass or a fail screen for the operator, the master book can be re-written to accommodate the new data layout
