Adsense click bot

I'm looking for a programmer for this project.
Here's the specs:
I'm not concerned what language the following program is written in, as long as it works well...
I need a program that will automatically click adsense ads on websites specified by URLS in addition will need to have a field to place a keyword to be searched on google, in addition to having another field to place the website link and so the program will detect the link by the search. this program must have a field to place private and public proxies, besides having the option to clear the browser completely after completing the actions, that's why I need someone knowledeable with adsense. There must be a field to define the CTR limit, All clicks must be at random intervals. When this program clicks on an ad, it must also surf the opened site for a random number of seconds to look like a real user. Must be able to click a minimum of 70 - 100 clicks per day.
This program must be UNDETECTABLE by Google, so you need to understand adsense thoroughly to make this program for me.
It is important that my Adsense account does not get shut down for click fraud. I will pay immediately after testing the bot.
Please do not say, "i can do this" and that's it. Please tell me why i should give you the job and if you have experience with this type of work
