MS Access Interface Development

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer with proficiency in MS Access and VBA to assist with a specific task: building a user interface. The goal is to transition away from our current process, which involves manual input into a form, and towards a more streamlined and automated system.
In particular, here's what I need:
- Development of a user-friendly interface following a design layout that I have in mind.
- The new system should support the simplification and automation of our data entry process to substitute the current manual data entry.
