Simple exe stand alone program with 2 imputs etc

Need to create a standalone exe file .

The need is simple and there should be 2 boxes in inputs.
1. input box you would simply enter an eBay item number and when pressed it simply open on the current web browser that ebay item sheet.
2. input box you would simply enter an Amazon Asin code and when pressed it simply open on the current web browser that ebay item sheet.
3. once pressed it must clear that inbox box after its done its job
4. create and option box that open the link that must be used in conjunction of #1 or 2.

5. the 2 base links must be sticky when the program is closed and re-opened later not to be missing

8. the process button I guess is not really a requirement if the enter button is pressed after the input would execute the program…
