I need an Artist for a creative piece based on a Chinese poem
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'd like to commission a piece (mild preference for a digital medium, meant to be framed and hung on the wall eventually) based on the following poem:

Some specifications:
1) The poem should appear in the piece (as translated in the link)
2) As mentioned in the piece, there should probably be a person, distant clouds, birds flying away, and a mountain
3) I've attached some pieces from a google image search for the poem for inspiration. I'm totally fine with a slightly more modern take (or not), but would appreciate at least some homage to the poem's original Chinese aesthetically.
4) Ultimately I just want a well crafted piece that I like! If it's minimalist or intricate and traditional doesn't matter as much
