Thumbnail Designer for long-term collaboration

I'm seeking a talented thumbnail designer to work on two distinct video channels. One channel is focused on spirituality, while the other is dedicated to cinematic POV storytelling. You'll be responsible for crafting a strong and unique visual identity for each channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and memorable thumbnails for both channels.
- Develop two logos and two overlays for compilation videos/shorts during the first month.
- Style and shape text effectively, especially in longer blocks.
- Use visuals to convey emotions, with a focus on suspense and curiosity for the cinematic channel.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong creativity and passion for art beyond commercial inspirations.
- Proficiency in designing text layouts and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating distinct visual identities.
- Knowledge of AI image generation is a significant advantage.
