I need am immigration specialist

Hello, I am Masih. I come from Iran (none Eu country). I am working in a company in Spain and I have work residency since 2018 here. My residency type is highly skilled professional. I’ve got married 4 months ago and I would like to bring my wife to Spain and take her NIE number and residency as part of family reunion visa. She is Iranian too and never travelled to Europe so far.

I have an overview of the overall plan but i need some one to help me step by step for the process.
