I need an immigration attorney to bring someone from Brazil to the US

I own a kitchen and bathroom cabinet company and I did a nationwide advertisement to find a cabinet maker. I was unable to find anyone in the US to apply that was qualified, but I found someone that lives in Brazil that meets my requirements perfectly. I would like to bring him and his family to the states to work with us and start building our cabinets.
