Visa assistance

I would like assistance to choose the best visa and then assistance with the application process.
I have the option to purchase a health care business in the U.S. - looking at the E-2 visa, but concerned about the potential delayed processing time will not work for the buyer of the business.
I have the option to be employed by the business instead, in a special capacity - looking at the E-3 visa. I have the required qualifications including both U.S. and Australian university degrees. This may be a better option for all parties if we can get a more certainty around the processing time and then we can always look to purchase the business at a later time if that is agreeable to both parties.
