Reference Letters for EB1 Petition

Need help with reference letter writing for my Extraordinary Ability petition. EB1 petition. I need 2-3 letters each 2-3 pages. The people signing the letters do not have the time to write it themselves, so they have asked for draft letters. I will be able to provide the letter format and my research statement which provides all the projects I worked on.
