German-USA-UK immigration issue for Non EU national

My Name is Dr. Rahul Kaushik. I have Indian Passport and currently live in Munich, Germany with permanent residence permit. I am married to a girl from Poland (EU national) who also lives with me in Munich. I have recently received a job offers from a company in UK. They are willing to sponsor my skilled worker visa and my wife will get the tier 2 spouse-dependent visa. At the moment, I would like to accept the job offer without losing my privilege to come back to the Schengen area uninterrupted, so that my wife can visit her family in Poland whenever she wants and I can come back to Germany without the need for a visa again. Is it possible in any way?
