my brother entered the usa by visa F1, then he got TPS (Temporary Protected Status) and he still with TPS, now he got married by Citizen Wife, they will file form I-130 & I-485 concurrently,
my question is :
does he has to fill out form Supplement A to form I-485?
and does he has to file foms I-130 & I485 together at the same time same ENVELOPE?
